Yesterday I took a look at possibly the largest indoor mx facility in the USA! It also includes 36 acres of outdoor riding area! PLEASE let me know what what y'all think. Insulated with great bathrooms, it's almost too big tons of ventilation, water storage tanks, it could be a world class facility. 35 ft ceilings, located 1.5 hrs from Indianapolis, 1.5 hrs from Columbus, and 1 hr from Cincinnati

Ain't never gonna happen asking 4.3 million for the property located in Eaton Ohio. The former Moranda homes fabrication plant.

Pipe dream. He wants it to be ATV/UTV friendly. I explained that if it's ATV/UTV friendly that it would be too boring for the MXer.
 
trust me I know someone who looked at this property a month ago and ran the numbers, it would not be profitable for the 4 months it would be open for indoors. There is only two ventilation fans in the building and the fire code for C02 maybe an issue. Outdoor could be a challenge with the adjacent homes near by.

If they’re strictly doing practice then clearly it’s a good move. If they plan to install a gate and try to hold a race, well....clearly that’s a bad move. :confused:

But if they put a slip n slide ramp from the top of the building to an Inground pool outback. And sell beer. Good idea.

Concerts good idea ?

Mud bog pulls with beer and side by sides ? Good idea...
