THANKS Y'ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR COMMENTS AND SHARES! PLEASE SHARE And COMMENT! I now have a plan that can open the doors by Dec.27 if not sooner. On Dec 12th I can start accepting VIP memberships at the cost of $500 for 6 mths. This allows you to ride during the week for no cost 10 am -10pm, non VIPS can buy a daily membership for $10 per day, $20 to ride. Weekends VIP pay $10 per day, non VIP pay $10 for daily membership, $20 to ride. If majority of VIP want to race weekends instead we might do that for same cost. The ball is certainly rolling. QUADS AND BIKES. I can also train bikes for free, will be trying to secure a pro quad trainer as well. Need 300 VIP memberships to open doors who really wants it!

Are there 300 people that ride any more yet alone want VIP memberships

I’ve ran the numbers on the indoor scenarios myself over the years. I’ve came to a couple realizations. First you need to inherit a building that sits on a large farm. Because building one or buying one is just too much to recoup. You’d have to charge like $50 a rider and even then it’s a crap shoot. Unless you didn’t have to buy the building. Second, you need to be able to have the outdoor option like 62 or switchback. My hats off to these guys if they make it happen

I'd assume they are leasing the property, no way you could justify that cost for a track.

Reading the initial post I have no clue what the hell is going on with the pricing. Very confused. Not that it matters I live nowhere near the track

I laughed when I saw that post for multiple reasons. There's no way to make money with that building. The guy doesn't even have the money to secure a loan; he was literally begging for money in some of his comments. 80-90% of the people saying they'd ride there, wouldn't ever step foot in the building. I don't care how many people comment or like your stuff on social media, it NEVER translates to anything close to the reality.

The one in Troy was nice for awhile, what happened to it?
If your referring to the one in Anna it closed and was turned into a warehouse or some other type of profitable business.
If this one opens (which I doubt) I will go. And will go pretty often until it closes like the rest. So that should be about a month until that first 4.3 million dollar mortgage payment comes due.
But hey. I admire anyone willing to take the risk and go into business for themselves.

It's about 2.5 hours from me. The same as Earlywine. I typically hit Earlywine once a year. I'd give this place a try.

Maybe it's only dead when the good weather is here !! Maybe the key is Cold snowing weather and it's alive and well!!! Let's all pitch in and buy the place,Have Ck run it and we all become millionaires! Damn it,That was so easy!!

want to be millionaires from this building? Then don't build a motocross track inside of it and just sell it. Bam! your a millionaire

I have a better idea, MX315 and Sharc should buy the place and run it, Moto ISNT dead!! Lmfao

Funny, everything you read from around the country, including CA, says the same thing, turnouts are down. But hey, the true experts know the truth!
