    Im liking this helmet!!!

The 11:00 session at Action Sports was very sloppy that day, I'm not sure if that would increase or decrease your likelihood of hitting a tree. But, ouch on hitting one, I guess I shouldn't have asked on the main forum, no one misses an opportunity to give you s__t lol.

    Help me out!

95 was the one with the recalls, I would say at this point though, if there was one that didn't have the recalls done, if the part was defective, either forks or crank, it surely would have failed by now.

    BC Sweatshirt Ride

Hey Mike, good to see that you are still riding. KO and myself have been wondering where you have been.

    Im liking this helmet!!!

Yes, very nice. I guess non union electricians can afford an Airoh for every day of the week, lol. You mentioned that you got hurt, what happened?

    Crow Canyon GP!

Hey Pit, I think Hershey liked your 144. I guess you'll have him full on Suzuki soon. I was trying to stay out of your way on the jumps, I think my skirt was caught in the c/s sprocket, lol. Thanks for letting me by into the woods.

Husqvarna back in 2014 with a full line up

They did one project bike starting with a 300, but it was cheaper/easier to start with the 250SX. There were odd gearing issues with the XC, plus the big tank, kickstand, e-start, 18" wheel, and other things you don't need.

Husqvarna back in 2014 with a full line up

Just check any test of a KTM 250SX 12-14 and you should have the scoop on the new TC250. MXA has also tested them with the 300 kit.

Husqvarna back in 2014 with a full line up

The bikes are actually more closely linked, no pun intended, to KTM's. Husabergs are also rebadged KTM XCW's, but the Husky's are linkage bikes. Like Sharc, I prefer the colors of the Husky to the KTM. If I get a new bike, it would probably be a TC250.

    BC GP Race, 10-5-13

Having fun is what it's all about. I'll be at the next 2, not sure yet if I can make Malvern's new date.

    BC GP Race, 10-5-13

And hopefully not your last. Thanks to J.O. as well, very fun track.

    Malvern's GP rescheduled

Kind of a bummer here as well, I was planning on Davefest Saturday, then Malvern on Sunday.

    Oma gp

Yes, the early session was still a bit dark in the woods. My low light vision has always left a bit to be desired, it's certainly not improving now that I'm in my 50's

    Oma gp

I don't know about anyone else, but I didn't lap you guys, I made a few wrong turns early and got behind. I guess since I was out of my area code I didn't know what to do lol.

Beans GP Round One 1/2 mx 1/2 woods

Thanks to the Beans crew for a good first effort. Track was fun, just bummed that your turn out was low, and wish some of the MX guys would have had more fun. 3pm session was better for me than the 11. Pit gets the ironman award, 3 sessions is bad-a__ed.

    Oma gp

Looks like 125's all day for kO, maybe you can get a DQ challenge together at the last minute.

Beans GP Round One 1/2 mx 1/2 woods

Sharc, I'm the same way as far as hare scrambles go. They always seem to put something in just to make life miserable. Most GP's are more like a long natural terrain MX track, maybe [hopefully lol] not as much air time as you may prefer. There has been quite a bit of talk about these races, hope...

Beans GP Round One 1/2 mx 1/2 woods

The way most are done is no sight lap. Just don't go nuts on the first lap, and you should be alright. What several guys do is ride the 11am session as a practice session by not going for it on the start, and just learning the track and picking up the pace as they go. Probably what I will do as...

OMA Grand Prix thoughts and ideas

That sounds good. Mainly, no nasty HS type stuff, and no really big jumps. There are other events for those that like that type of thing. As far as awards, t-shirts, track or OMA bucks, sponsor bucks, or that type of thing are nice, but I guess you need plaques as well for those that want them.

Action Sports GP Saturday August 24

I'm in total agreement about the sitting around, only MX that I've raced in years was the Action Sports vintage round this year. Not that many different classes, and I was still tired of sitting by the time the second moto rolled around. I've also gotten way less aggressive on the MX track, the...

Action Sports GP Saturday August 24

Pit, you sound like kO, that's what he always tells me when I whine that the 3pm session was slick lol.
