Calibrated by who, the 11 year old Chinese girl who assembled it? Harbor Freight has some gem items but torque wrenches are not one of them. Most USA manufactured Torque wrenches are rebranded CDI models with different ratchet heads on them. Regardless of brand they need to be calibrated...

Last riding photo's I have are from 1-Nov-2009, I think he was open 1 or 2 days the following Spring.

Looks about the same when I visited in 2013, there was no usable dirt then and I'm sure it's worse today. I would think that area is taxed as agriculture but not positive. Track surface ^^^
