Agree I'm okay with not getting docked for jumping. He was already at the base of the face when they turned on. But I thought it's he ever going y get back on the track after that stall. They noted I think that Cooper got docked, didn't see that one but they mentioned it during the race.

It was packed. And east bend is such a tight track in lay out and lane with in a few spots which makes it even more packed.
