I remember watching and racing against some of their group at Meadowlarks and Smith Road back in the day. They were good riders but had a hard time against the newer faster Jap bikes of the day at MX. They still won plenty though. They could kill it in the woods.

I was just at KTM in Amherst where they had the John Penton 50th anniversary. It was in 1968 they got their first bikes from Austria. John Penton was there. All 3 of his son's, plenty of old Penton motorcycles, a house full of old gray haired racers from the past. We got to tour KTM facilities...

I got 77 points this week, my best so far. I had Baggett and Anderson switched or it would have been a perfect top 5. I had Tickle for the wildcard 10th place, he finished 9th. What a SX season.

Well 4 races down and KR doesn't have a win yet. I'll admit I thought he was going to win so I picked him the first 3 races for FantasySX, lost my butt. He's still impressive but not the Top man yet. Glad to see him racing, it makes it better. I liked his podium interview, happy go lucky kid.

I had the same picks as you Georgie. I suck at this, huge fan of the sport but sure struggle when it comes to my fantasy picks.

I want to make my picks early but want to hear if ET is gonna race. I haven't seen anything either way. Same with DW, Amart, Benny B. All them guys hit the dirt pretty hard. I enjoy the Fantasy Race but boy I feel a lot of stress when I make my picks. I want to be on the podium so bad. :cool:
