Cleaning the white stuff off a new chain??

So this fall I put new Renthal Chain and Sprockets on my Honda RC51 streetbike. The new chain keeps slinging that white lube off all over everthing. No matter what I use it just smudges it around. Only thing I haven't tried yet is gasoline or kerosene. Nothing has even come close to removing it. Anyone else have this issue solved??

pan of ATF on hotplate heated to 180 deg
let run for about 6 hours

that crap always bothers me on a new chain. i just let it fling off on the dirt bike. i dont remmeber it making too much of a mess on my street bike though but i think ive only replaced a chain on it once.
