The middle bolt/nut that attaches the perch to the lever its a long bolt with a nut insert on the other end. It vibrated out and i cant seem to find another one i called sunline they wont answer customer service anyone had this happen? Its the center bolt that goes through the perch through the lever than through the other side and it has a nut insert on it
