I saw that. Anyhow, I wanted to just add this anyhow to help to make a better event....
Not complaining about your track , but just complaining in general. I just get the feeling from the thread that there are a lot of problems that need to be addressed. Hey, don't worry, I am not doing your series. And the "event" remark really isn't towards your race track. I wasn't there, so I shouldn't have said that. Sorry. I reread what I posted and I was wrong. It was more geared to the Briarcliff guy, who I respect, but seems to pick on everyone who doesn't agree with his line of reasoning. But in retrospect, I don't see where you offered anything in the event that local racing in PA doesn't have, but no I wasn't there....
Furthermore, I wasn't bitching about your event or the OMA in general. I don't get where you come off on that....
I wish you guys all the success. I really do. But your making the same mistakes that the District 6 series has, MDRA, and PAMX. It just seems like a big cycle with you promoters. People want to race and go home. They don't want to spend all day at the track. I take that back, most people don't. But some do. They have toy haulers and such.
I'll post a thread from my local D6 area. I still ride there some, but not much.

There are no less than 3 posts like this in the last month. Even a promoter got on here and asked what he could do. He didn't like the feed back, or so I heard this weekend at Sleepy Hollow. The Jere is Sleepy Hollow
If you want to read the post on the d6MX site and the troubles they are in, just scroll down. They are there. All within the last month.

And if you want to do a very successful Saturday/Sunday program, do like MAMA does, but be prepared for people bitching. They spend $150 bucks to race with transponders, racing and paying just to practice. But they are in the DC, Balt/ New Jersey/ Delaware area. Lots and lots of money and most people make $80K a year, so that formula won't work most places. Lots of your federal tax money goes to Washington for big paying jobs, so they can afford the fees....

The posts are if you want to read up on the stuff. Don't matter to me, just trying to give you more info and make your program a success. That's all.
