Yamaha problems NEED HELP

So my 2021 Yamaha 450 is making this horrible knocking sound. When you pull in the clutch it stops though. But once in gear and going it starts back up and it’s really loud in neutral. The clutch looks good with no problems. The top end looks good so what do you think it could be? Anyone got any input?

Clutch, transmission, basket, piston everything looks brand new on the inside

The hub bearings can look good and still be bad. There should be no play in them side to side.
