9:00am morning cardio and stretching
10:00am On Bike Training
12:00pm Lunch Break
1:00pm On Bike Training
3:00pm On Bike Training Complete
4:30pm Gym workout (Suggest following an online personalized gym program from Joel Younkins Training)
