BC to add Warning Lights

In a joint effort to promote ridership safety, we teamed up with the Heath Eagles and 88 Live to Ride to purchase 5 advanced warning lights from Caution Z. These will be used to enhance a yellow flag situation on 5 jumps where we’ve had many complaints on flagger visibility. Bigfoot being the biggest offender. Huge thanks to LAHGC LLC. For putting the deal together with the Heath Eagles, and to Debi Bartosek with 88 Live to Ride, Inc. for helping us get everything ordered! Hopefully, we can continue this next year and help further promote rider safety on race day.

If all goes through, we will be up to 16 total lights this season. This includes a red yellow green traffic light for starts, 2 red lights at exit, and 13 yellow caution lights. We will have 3 sets of 2 yellow lights wired together for the bigger blind jumps; placing one light on each side of the track. Huge shoutout to the Heath Eagles and 88 Live to Ride for their continued dedication to rider safety.
