40 is a comfortable number to me. You can probably go 80 hours without issues. I know of people that have 200+ hours and their bikes are still kicking.

Check the case around the drain bolt. It isn't uncommon for the bolt to take a hit and crack the case.

I'm typically a C class rider, but I've raced 250B at Smith Rd to avoid the exact things you said. I wasn't competitive at all, but at least I didn't have to worry about getting wadded up by some spode riding way over his head.

I've come to the conclusion 250C has no business existing in supercross futures. But hey the money's green, right?
