Yes, all classes will go off in waves at 10am. Yo u do not need to have a team you can run the Ironman class if you race it by yourself.

I know a lot of tracks are having open practice tomorrow and there's not a lot of opportunity to practice at Amherst Meadowlarks. Started laying down water today, track should be prime. Don't miss one of the few opportunities.
