    What class for my son?

That is a conundrum in our sport and has been for a long time. For a casual riding family that will buy a kid a "fun" bike that they can ride anytime, there isn't much in the way of classes to race. A lot of my friends ride in the woods and buy their kids the same bike or similar that you have...

    Treaty City this weekend....

I'm sorry I haven't been able to update much. We have been working steadily on the track this spring and as wet as the spring and early summer was, we didn't make much progress early on. The track is ready to ride. A good crew have spent 5-7 hours out there daily prepping the track. The dirt is...

    Alias Gear Sale

I saw those. I am pretty disappointed in ANSR gear also. With MSR not making a line this year, my deal is transferring to ANSR and I am having a hard time finding gear that I like. Maybe it is cool moto gear , I honestly don't know, but for off road/ woods riding it's just not my thing.

    Alias Gear Sale

I'd imagine markup is substantial. My MSR deal has me paying $120 for the top level NXT gear (Pants Jersey Gloves) and I am sure that's still enough for the company to make money.

    Ankle brace/support

Tech 7s are fine boots but maybe not what you need after having such a tough injury. I would look into a Gaerne SG10 or 12. I found them to be more supportive of my ankles. I tons of Tech 6's Tech 7's and 8's. I got out of A-stars before the 10's came out.

    Battle live timing link??

Is the guy who cross jumped the same Tommy Boner that was in this thread going off at everyone?

    Outdoor MX

Being in the summer, I find myself outside working on my house, trails, or riding instead of watching the MX on TV. I get my updates and highlights via internet sources and social media. Once our riding season winds down in mid November, I will catch up on watching stuff. Probably still won't...

    The Fork

Track work has been going well at TCMC. The track layout will be a lot less busy than before and a lot faster.

    Moto Haulers

I have an 06 F250 that I pull a Vengeance 29V Toy hauler with. It can fit 4 bikes in it fairly well and sleep 4 adults comfortably. When we go racing, we usually leave Friday and stay all weekend. I think I have been in it every weekend since Mid- May.

    Mx express endurocross sat

On your log matrix, what did you use to hold the logs/poles in place? I am considering drilling the log and driving rebar through and into the ground and then recessing the bar into the log for my track.

    Battle live timing link??

I'd be curious as well. I just heard of a case last night of an A off road rider appealing and being denied recently. There are other circumstances that probably didn't help that case but I am curious nonetheless.

    Battle live timing link??

Is this guy pretending to be this dumb or does it come naturally?

Annual list for LL by state

Not a bad idea. If fact, why not have a C class weekend? Schedule it on an off weekend. If you policed it well and only allowed true C riders, you would clean up. Then at the big weekends you can trim the classes down and make the program run smoother and faster without the plethora of classes.

    Go Fund Me

Really seem to be grasping for straws there... Maybe you can fund one of these kids that want someone else to pay for it. Fine by me as it is your money and as a recent presidential candidate said once "It takes a village". As for me, and it appears to be others, we will continue to...

Annual list for LL by state

I think once you are "bumped up" you should have to race at least one season and have results to back up your case before appealing. In the off-road world, where I am from, I know of a few older A guys who have appealed back down but they toiled around in the A class for years and had results...

    Go Fund Me

Believe me, I'm not disagreeing with you. Kids completely baffle me these days. I'm not sure if it's because I don't have any or the fact they are so disconnected from the way my generation was raised and did things... and I'm only 37!

Annual list for LL by state

The C class BS is my largest gripe right now in MX. As someone who is mostly outside the sport and looking in, I see people who have had a career of riding in the C class and never moving up. I don't want to make this a "back in my day" post but when I started nearly 20 years ago, there wasn't...

    Go Fund Me

When I had aspirations of going to the ISDE I considered holding a fundraiser of some sort if I qualified. I wasn't going to ask for handouts but I was going to have a big ride day and T-Shirts for sale. Back then it was roughly 10-12k just to go. That was a lot of scratch for a kid making...

What's the first track you ever raced at?

Kenworthy's Grass Race was my first MX. Spring of 2000 or 2001. Plenty of Enduro's and Hare Scrambles before that. First Enduro was Muddobbers Enduro in Upland Indiana 1998
