    Heavy fork springs

Sounds like Beamer has the answer. If that option fails you could get the heaviest rate you can find and then preload with washer stacks. As long as you dont go too far and cause the spring to bind (fully collapse) before full compression, travel of the fork.

    VIN check for stolen bike

I would still Double check "digit for digit" the VIN number given against the frame when you go in person to purchase. It only takes one incorrect digit!!! I personally will not purchase without title. For reasons others have stated above "liens, Stolen". I don't care how good a deal it is...

DO NOT!!! INCREASE the Base or head gasket! This will reduce compression, and reduce low and mid range. Opposite of what you want. Sprockets are always an easy adjustment and may just do the trick. To achieve Exactly what you are looking for, advance the Exhaust valve timing (jump one tooth)...

    Foam Filter Adhesive

Best solution I have come up with is Hot Glue. Use a hot glue gun with the white (clear) glue sticks not the yellow (too brittle). This works well and will not be harmed or fail when cleaning. work in small increments use very little glue pinch together while still hot (you will burn yourself...
