I've never had or heard of any issues at svr. However as already stated thieves can be an issue at any track. I've heard stories of beer getting stolen at redbud.

Currently I have Dunlop 53 for practice (limited prep) and hoosier for race/ full prep. I agree with the Bridgestone 403/404 as a great all around tire combo. I only have 5 hours on hoosier on my 500 and so far very happy with them but can't comment on longevity yet.

Alot of those ideas are good but for someone like me I'm not sure they would make a difference. The problem is too many options. The closest battle track is a 2 hour and 10 minute drive. I have 8 tracks that are a shorter drive that I can race or practice at. Pleasure valley is 4 hours away...

I know svr and the rest of d12 pay cash to vet classes. They pay 70% of entries so if 9 guys sign up then $189 gets split between top 3.

I like it, it's 1 less class. If you leave sign up at $40 since it's an A class only a few faster B riders will do it. They get faster and adds money for A class. May cost promoter more money since more bikes equals a bigger pot if doing 200% payback. I think michigan use to do this sometimes...
