So, how was your attendance this past weekend? I just want to prove that Moto is back! You don't have to give exact numbers, but how good was your attendance? I've heard/seen a lot of positive. BTW, track critics, don't post ANY negativity on my thread, IDGAF, and don't want to hear/read it...

The OMA is wondering if you are coming to the banquet...?

I was just pondering the idea of the OMA moving the 50+ class to the Saturday program for the bigger races. What do you think? For me, it would open up my Sundays for other stuff/racing. The program would be faster. I personally wouldn't have to deal with a deeply rutted up track.

How old were you? How long did you let it heal? Any therapeutic tricks that seemed to work best/quickly? I'm already working with range of motion and strengthening bands. Yesterday, two weeks from injury, wearing an EVS brace, still had issues with small pinching and pops. Thanks.
