im thinking cow hide work glove are gonna do a little better sliding down the the track at 50mph then a cotton moto glove, or maybe there was a PBR (not the beer) event later that night and they forgot there moto gloves, your call

I'll go with work gloves hold up better sliding...and ill go with having a few PBRs after going down on flat track. Did one on a 60, lost it had road rash from my ankle to my ARM pit and have never had any interest in that sport since then. ...guess I should of wore a leather.
