I guess that puts to bed all of the chatter about a "new southeastern" stop on the MX circuit this year with one of the old tracks losing it's race. High Point and Steel City are both back again for at least another year. Red Bud still over the 4th of July Weekend.
What does not make sense to me is running from the west coast to start, and then working your way east only to head back out to Washougal and then have to come all the way across the country again to hit Southwick... To make it more travel friendly to all the teams.... move Washougal to the the opening part of the series when everyone is out West already and then stay east until the Finale (which Pala only had for 2 years and now is off the schedule). I'm not up on my SoCal race scene so I can't even suppose what new track (or old in the case of Glen Helen) is going to be the home for the season Finale this year. Pala seemed to work well for people, but maybe Glen Helen is coming back after not doing so hot with the USGP for the past 2 years and will be the finale this year.
But this should be a good series if all the riders can make it healthy to it this year!
