1985 international s 2200 tandem axle. 300 hp big cam cummins, 3 stage jake, 9 speed trans. 12 ft. flat bed, 1625 gal. plastic tank bought new with support bands.

Thanks for the link Tom! I have been looking for one, even emailed Mike @ DirtWorld as he had a couple up there that looked like he wasn't using them. Haven't heard back from him yet but I will be calling about this one.
