Super cool thing to do Marc....the world needs more of people like you (sitting by a tree on the side of the track and all....lol). Seriously, on a scale of 1-10 how easy is this kit to do yourself...for the right price, a great non-profit and if not too technical I am interested...
 
It's not hard at all.
I can walk the average mechanic through the process easily. Some tape, a Dremel and less than an hour is what you’ll need.
If you can get the motor to the Medina area, I’ll clear the cases for ya too.
 
It is great you are doing this, my best friends son died of leukemia a couple years ago, no one should have to out live their children ! Thanks for your generosity Marc !
