To those of you we pissed off... Sorry
We have finally gotten it straightened out with the Ins. co. on who is allowed on track during the minis or smaller
children.
We have a special rider now on insurance that allows 1 adult only with each child inside fence at trackside.
must be 18 or older to count as that adult.

There was an issue with parents on the track and no one to pick up the kids.
Due to the new insurance we have to have for CRA we have to follow their roles.
The ins co.is also why we had to put up a fence around the track. If we can just get people to quit climbing over it.
The fence took alot of work and sure wasn't cheap.
Hopefully all is solved and no one stays mad.
We are really doing everything we can to please as many as we can.

You cant please everyone. You neck is the one on the line if you dont comply with insurance rules and regulations. The pissed off parent isnt the one losing his house over a lawsuit on YOUR track.

I am sure that they are over it and for the ones that arent, screw them......you wont please them anyway no matter what you do.
