Track along Wilson Rd, southern Delaware Co. ?

Anybody know who owns the track along Wilson Rd in southern Delaware Co. About a mile from AD Farrow's off of I-71? It's right along side the road, kinda in this guys front yard.
 
Went by there the other day and there were a bunch of trucks parked there and alot of bikes. It had been kinda grown over and untouched for a long while, now it's all taken care of. Looks like a nice place.

Yep, doesn't get used a bunch. Great family. You should stop next time and introduce your self to them.
