it's sooo sick! i absolutely love having it. especially on those days, like you're working late so there's not enough time to get to the track.. yet you can still throw down some motos 
only tough part... maintaining it! seems like my dad is always mowing it. and having to disc it and take proper care of it takes a lot of time! but it's awesome that he does it for me and everyone else that comes out to ride. we get lucky though and a lot of people offer to help maintain it since they're always riding it. but hey, can't complain too much when you've got a free place to ride!!
