John, I'm guilty of it a time or two on practice days over 90. However, now that I'm "getting old", looking at the pics it ain't too smart, but I wouldn't feel a thing! Jersey isn't protecting from anything other than road rash..

We had 100 under shelter. Had to cover the camera, it got so hot. The infield had to be hotter.

Thats no tank top. It's a chest protector and a neck brace.
