LL Pre-Race tech and sound testing

It looks like the stock classes will have a mandatory tech inspection and sound testing on Sunday at the ranch.
This is a first, as far as I know.

Sound testing, sounds like something you can beat in tech and come back with a different setup on race days...

This may seem like a good idea until they test you after the moto has ended.
