Malvern practice saturday nov 3rd Monster Energy day

We are having an open practice from 10 am till 3pm on Saturday November 3rd. We will have free monster drinks and some swag. After practice we will start our regular Saturday night race program including free hog roast for everyone. We are roasting two hogs. We will be finally racing on a Sunday as well.
 
I was considering going to this practice. As I'm not from around here my question is if I decided to stick around and race that night would I need to join or pay any additional fees due to it being sanctioned by the CRA? Thanks.

Bikes and quads for the open practice?
 
Track will be soft and rutted but no real mud to speak of. Won't be perfect at first but it will be good.
