New track next to I-71

I took a rode trip to Avon OH to pick up a bike today. On my way back I saw what looked to be a pretty nice track being built right next to I-71 just north of Rt 18. Anyone know whos track that is? Someones private land?
 
Private....Been there for years..You have to have a in...Ron boyas old place..Owned by his good friend. Sam...some people on here get to ride it!!!!!!!
 
I'd like to get up there n ride sometime too cough cough! Lol

Bought a 2010 YZ 450 that was listed here on Pitracer. Thing has like 9 hours on it, and looks brand new. Plus loaded with tons of after market parts. Guy gave me a ton of things with it. It was Tim Scarvelli's bike. It was a smoking good deal he made me on it. No way I could pass that kind of deal up with everything that is on the bike.
 
Meister....Uhhhh yeah when ya see Jay Hersey on here...He has a few keys to the place!!Jay Bird 552! He might be golfing this year more then riding!But he gets the bug once in awhile!
