XR 50 suspension help/upgrade

What's a good suspension upgrade for an xr50 for a 150 lbs pitbike racer?

Just get the heavy fork springs and heavy shock spring. BBR or any comparable brand works well.

a complete shock for the rear like iShock or elka. they make a kit that has longer fork tubes and springs for the stock forks or if you want some kinda of oil and damping look for a complete front end off a thumpstar, sdg, pitster pro, etc. those at least have damping rods and oil. the stock forks on xr50 are just springs with grease.
