Salem is building a new track, the pictures show me there is lots of potential for a fantastic layout! It looks like they are digging a pond for dirt and watering. Hopefully it pans out and is a fun well maintained track!

They have some good elevation changes so it should be a good track. They were starting some jumps and laying out the start a couple weeks ago.
