The fact is that the American Government is becoming a socialist society; possibly with a new constitution. The soul aim and purpose of a socialistic government is to have full control over everyone and everything. It's the type of government that can be conducive to a world wide government; one government. United Nations possibly...but their old and distrusted. It will probably be something new; I'm guessing. The constitution part is pure speculation, but the Obama Administration is treating the real "Constitution" with ignorance, disdain, and pride...with a scowling eye and a lying smile. We are in trouble...I have no idea about time for economics to become international within a one world currency...think about it...the world is a trade center. I believe it to be pure spiritual evil.

Some of my thoughts are purely speculation. You see it though, right?

I'm not seeing it, nor trying to. 'Tis the democratic way to have a bigger government and try and think for the people. I usually try to stay out of politic discussions anyway. Do you really think Obumma could get everyone to vote on a new consistution before he got out of office? Do you really think America will vote democrud again for the next term? Now I realize that depends on who is running, but in the end, NO, I do not see it buddy.

Let me give it to you simple: Democrat = Hand out. Republican = Hand up. Depending on what you want they will get your vote. Democrats think you're too stupid to take care of yourself so they feel they need to (welfare, SS, etc., etc.) Republicans want you to provide for yourself. Build your own wealth and well being. 'Tis a choice and you see what many inner cities vote for. 'Tis why the Republicans lost Ohio and the election last presidential election. Now I'm not cutting on inner city folks, but feel they've been duped by Obumma and crew with their "change" slogan.

Some don't seem it that way and would be upset by my comments and is the reason I am not in politics. I would upset many people as I will not lie to them nor spend time trying to fix stupidity. I could go on, but not feeling it and feel I should stop. Besides, my blood pressure is rising and I need to lower it to promote better healing in my shoulder. ;)

Im not sure about a new world order or any of that stuff. What is obvious though is Obama's disregard for our constitution and our due process of laws.

He has continually changed laws without due process and nobody is calling him out on it. 30 years ago he would have been impeached. Today his doubters are scorned as the evil ones.

Of course it is hard to know the truth since there is so much propaganda on both sides. It is sad that a person needs to work so hard to find the real truth about our government, especially candidates at election time. I dont know the answer or what to do to change anything. Voting is supposed to be the way to keep our government in check but I personally dont believe it does much good any more. Voters are just sheep being hearded to candidates by showmanship and sales not by the truth.

What is really comical is the fact the Obama has the lowest public rating of any president ever......yet people in the media defend him to the end saying how great he is. He was elected to a second term and I never seem to find anyone who voted for him??


Tough topic with lots of passion from every direction. Im afraid about our freedoms being taken to some extent, E Pluribus Unum no longer applies IMO. Its all about the one and not what is best for the many. Our forefathers are turning in their graves!
 
The media is twisted and evil. True about the propaganda on both sides. Even though, I'd take George W. back anyday... It will all work out I think, but the problems haven't come to a head yet I'll agree... Not an easy out and/or fix.

This is why I brought this up. Plus...I am getting old and becoming more of a concerned citizen. Our current status of America just straight scares me.

I am being completely serious. Yes this a topic to drum up some conversation, but is far from the point. I really am scared by all these things. I want to understand what is going on...many of you folks have been around the block more than I have. The disclaimer of "Be real or be deleted" means that if you comment...put your man pants on and your gonna have to be able to agree to disagree. Our forefathers were able to maturely create our government. I highly doubt every conversation was calm and relaxed. Like Hershey said...lots of passion from all sides! We should be able to maturely discuss it. I don't care if you make a serious comment or a humorous one or a sarcastic one...but as soon as someone attacks someone else...say goodbye to your comment. Debating needs to happen in order to figure out what is going on or at least be more aware of the facts.

I just wonder where are we really headed and what is really going on? Really, I have a lot of fear in my heart of our future. As for a Socialist Government and Society, I think the writing is on the wall. The two main things concerned are people and money. The world really is a mass market place. The common people are being left behind and we are looked at as cattle going to slaughter if we stand up in opposition.

Riding is for sure a stress reliever. BUT, I don't want to be ignorant while enjoying life. As we mature...the more knowledge a compassionate person gains the more sorrow that comes because of a greater knowledge of right and wrong or good and evil and what is taking place in this world.
 
As for a new constitution...if people want to change the order of how our government operates, then they will have to change the foundation. The country was split down the middle in the last election for president. Their are folks that will go to great lengths to support our current administration or similar future administraion and other folks who will go to great lengths to stop it. I am on the stop it side. Two opposing forces in any land means conflict. Especially when it comes to gun control in America...civil war has happened before. Revolution used to be a real bad word, but now it kinda makes sense if things keep going as they are...a good or bad revolution.
 
Where will we be lead if things keep building momentum in the current parr for the course? Where will we be lead in the case of a change in direction? Some possible scenarios...we become a socialist government...or a actual good president is voted in and upholds the constitution...or national civil unrest,
 
Or a common courageous citizen decides to take a public stand on truth. Is America still a land where someone can rise from the ashes? Land of the Free and home of the Brave! America...the land of opportunity! Do the principles we once celebrated so passionately as a nation still hold true? Where has the American Spirit gone?

In our national history...many folks that stood for good on a national level usually ended up murdered or assassinated.
 
I'm trying to do my part by raising up a generation that knows our historical truths and is not mainstream influenced to believe the stuff out there in public media .
Our best defense is an educated youth that will see through the propaganda machine and the need to make consideration for every right that is out there no matter how harmful to our society it may be. Our youth are the leaders of tomorrow. With the ability to reason and be a power of example we can influence positive change. in the end we all will meet the same creator and be held accountable for what we do and believe in our hearts. Some get that sooner than others but we all will be saved or lost.
Recently my son had an experience at the WW2 memorial in Washington that molded his thinking in a way I had not experienced till I was in my 30's. His maturity at 17 and ability to reason are the primary factors influencing his experiences as a young adult. We are in good hands with some of our youth. I am counting on them to be the hope of our nation.

I mean, do what you can, but get rid of the fear. You of all people I would expect to know how it all ends. Maybe it's sooner than I am thinking. Nobody on earth knows, right? We're not in control, neither is the media, neither are the ones who have the money.

Guess it depends on how you look at things as to how concerned and scared you are. It's good to be concerned and have fear to an extent, but you can't let it consume you. It's out of your hands in the end. Do your best to get it done best you know how, but realize, there is only so much you can do. Relax. Do the right thing. Do your best. A you'll end up where you're supposed to.

Take it or leave it. Just sayin'...

Wow, now I've brought up something else I try not to talk about on public boards or in a room full of opinionated...folks. Yeah, we'll go with folks. ;)

My own personal opinion , not spoken as well as it should be : once the world becomes stained with sin god will cleanse it . Today's society is not fixable , it's way gone . The only thing I fear is what my 2 daughters will face in this journey we call life . People just need to work hard , earn the fruits of labor and treat everyone like a neighbor . Lastly be accountable and honest .

Something needs to change in this country. The US is not all that anymore.. In fact we suck, until you do business out side of the US it is hard see how far we are falling behind. you can live your sheltered misinformed life and believe whatever your favorite propaganda news show tells you. But, our work ethics here in the states are lacking. The rest of the world is rapidly passing us by, almost as fast as RV would pass me in a race.. We can live in denial though.

We need better values, not everyone is going to win American idol and be rich. It is ok to have a blue collar job and get dirty. Whatever happened to starting at the entry level and working your way up?
Everyone wants to start at the top. It doesn't work that way.

we are getting weaker and the rest of the world is taking note and starting to push us around.

the banks and government are a bunch of cockroaches living off all of us.

TAKE BACK AMERICA. The one percenters are nothing without us. We give them the power.
so don't lay down, it is up to us to take this country back. Just not sure how.

Yes, and treat others as you would want to be treated. I am not big into faith but there is some good common sense stuff there no matter what your beliefs are.

Oh no Scoob, you gone and done it now...you brought religion to a politic thread...this thread is doomed! :)

How does that saying go? "As long as we don't talk politics or religion, then we can be friends!" I don't stand for that for one minute. It should be something like..."If we can be honest with each other and still love each other, then we are friends!" My closest frineds are honest with me even if it is something bad about me, and I can be honest with them even if it is something bad about them. That's marriage and friendship right there Pal! :)

Ease up on the expectations a little...I am no expert, atleast not yet. I remember first starting out not being able to find my around the Bible. I am in training and the Bible is a very big book. You could spend a life time in that book and still learn everyday...you will not exhaust the truth in the Bible. I told you folks that I would not saturate these forums with my beliefs...but you mentioned it, so I will keep it brief.

I am fearful for the outcome of people's eternity. I had to face mine once, and now I know. I am also fearful for just the practical things that can happen right here and right now. I know the overall outcome of things...anyone can...just gotta read the Big book. You can also know it well, just gotta spend time with your nose in the pages. Just because the outcome is made clear by God in His Word doesn't mean that we should stop standing and fighting for whats right.

Like Beenridin...said...he is doing his part by raising his children right...that is huge. Doing our part is why I am so committed to you folks...it's an opportunity to be real and a good influnce...perhaps someday a diference maker. I am just as flawed or sinful as the next guy...we are all in the same boat.

Your advice is good Scooby Doo (may I call you that?) This fear keeps me grounded and doesn't let my feet leave the ground or get a big-head in life. Ain't nobody got time for that!

No...we don't know the day or the hour but He is coming back to set things straight once and for all.

Back to politics...we all have different desires but we also have some basic desires in common. Personally, I am burdened for America. It does break my heart to see what is going on and really it should break our hearts; which gives us fear. That fear will cripple you if you let it...or it can be a powerful source of motivation to have courage! You can't have courage without fear...but you can have fear without courage.

I'm gonna let you in on something...please take this with a grain of salt and give me the benefit of the doubt...but these are some serious thoughts that goes through my mind and heart.

Parenting - I imagine that being a parent would be the most or one of the most rewarding and challenging things someone can do in life. I would love to be a father someday (fat chance the way my lady life is, haha.) BUT, I wonder if I don't have kids...what could I do? When your a parent...your children are now involved in all your decision making and you are now responsible to them...you have to take care of them. If I wasn't a parent...I would have the open door to do something...but what?

Most folks that take a honest stand in history end up dead..it's true! I spend a good amount of time thinking/praying about a way to reach out to America. Old Billy Graham did! I think about cycling from capital to capital having revival meetings...something...something that will get peoples attention to consider the things they don't often consider. What will it take for folks to wake up? This may seem outlandish to you...but please give me the benefit of the doubt...my intentions are true. I want to believe that America still is a country of freedom and that any one person can make a difference. Louis and Clark trekked across the entire country exploring the west. So many great things have happened because of people. That saying "Every great journey starts with one small step!" I think about these types of things...I wanna do something about and for our lives after motocross and while in motocross. It all has to do with ministry...which is basically people!

You can call me crazy if you want...but I know I am not...says the crazy person. It takes daily work to keep a sound mind. Now if you wanna call me goofy or weird, that is "A OK!"...it's true! I mean if I get married someday, that means that women thinks Ronald Mcdonald is attractive, haha! Except I have bigger ears and he has straighter/whiter teeth. Old Ronnie Mac is probably a quad rider too! :) But that would be shallow...it is way more the person than the look of a person...looks have their place...a small one.

The Problem is most people dont want to do that. We have been so brain washed by the gov to believe people are ENTITLED to certain rights that people no longer believe in what you said and I believe is true.

And DD makes some good points and truths as well.

The millennialist are starting life 100,000+ in debt and working entry level 28,000-37,000 a yr jobs. They get fed up. Quit an let the goverent pay for them to live. They buy a pack of smokes and beer every Thursday and I buy 20 gallons of fuel and go ride. They're happy and I'm happy. So what are we to do ? Figure out how to keep these kids out of collegiate scamming debt so that 28,000 a year job is rewarding and offer them drive to promoted within the work field. Otherwise we all be socialist, broke and running from the top 85 richest wolves in the world. Bbbaaaahhhhhhhhbbbbaaaahhhhhhhh. (Sheep)


When kids work 40 hours and pay all but $100 to student loans they're gonna be pissed and get ravaged in debt. I hope my brother doesn't go to college until he is 26 so he can get a govt handout to go to school. No reason for him to start life 30 years in the hole with no house.
