Cool video. Really shows where the roots of this sport came from. But, just like today, it's still just a bunch of guys having fun on their dirt bikes!
As a side note, the one fellow shown, Jeff Smith, won a world championship and helped develop the first Can-Am motorcycles. And Dave Bickers, another world champ, autographed my trophy at Hardrock in Florida some years ago when he was the Grand Marshall for the AHRMA event.
