Training Regimen?

How does everyone else train for the upcoming year during the off-season. Looking to start training for upcoming year once the season is over and wanted to put together a nice workout program and want some ideas. Thanks

Beer mostly. Ski lifts, and gravity with wood strapped to my feet.

I should probably try the tread mill and do many push ups. But beer is easier.
 
Ray's three times a week. Ice racing if there's any ice.

Sturd doesn't need to train. He has the natural ability most wish they were born with.

For the rest of us mortals, avoid Georgie's advice. Been there, done/doing that.....wrote a chapter for that book even......
 
My son does Highschool XC in the fall, Rays and snowbroading in the winter. This winter we are also planning to ride more in the winter down south.

I just think about training. That's my training.

Rays is the best, keeps you sharp to. Great people too. Fun.
