BC GP Cancelled 9-13

I am cancelling the GP that is scheduled for this weekend for a variety of reasons. Lack of interest, personnel, awards, and decent weather. I scheduled it too close to the Battle, many of our helpers are still recovering, myself included. Looks like we will be getting a good shot of rain this week, so the trails will be more of a disaster than usual. Its been a good fight the last two weeks with the weather, but I don't think I have another 16 hours of pushing off mud in me. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I think its better to do it now than Saturday night. Honestly, I'm out of gas to put on races right now. We should have waited till October.
 
Sorry guys, im dissapointed in myself for not scheduling better. We will try to run a practice Sunday if it isnt too wet. Practice is doable, it takes way less people and time.
 
I never even realized there was a GP on the schedule this season.

Make it later in the season next year, like week before or after CTown Halloween race. BC can have the ultimate GP race for sure and I can see it becoming a huge event after some time.

Pretty good excuse...almost as good as, what was it, your axle nut coming off a couple years ago?;)...lol just kidding! Hope you have a practice, I need to get back out there. Haven't logged enough laps at BC yet this year.

What about you're awesome marketing campaign. (There was none)

So what do you expect?

For it to become an ultimate race like Vet says, you'll have to advertise like you do for the Battle.

In your time off:
If you can just truck in more tiny rocks and sand to dump all over a rock free track for me, I wouldnappreciate it.
