Well, here is the annual report of attendance by track. Living up to my own standard of "if your not growing, your dying" I have included the Kentuckiana series in the report. If you have not noticed, that series has REALLY taken off in the past couple years.
I attempted to include the "Great Lakes" organization in the numbers but it became more then I could handle with the 512 different races they had this year. They still schedule multiple tracks on the same day so apparently even track owners / promoters in Michigan are just as stupid as the rest of the states population.
It is PAINFULLY obvious that the old D-11 series has really fallen on hard times. With an average of just 130.81 entries per race, that is the lowest since I have been alive. Southern Ohio has plenty of riders and they show for events like Chilitown, East Fork and Dirt Country. But riders are protesting poor tracks with there wallets and not showing up if the track and or prep is below standard.
I have a sneaking suspension that the landscape of tracks vs. organizations is about to have a big shake-up. And I cant wait for the announcements.
Anyway, here are the numbers. Ready of not.

Knox, there is an error with the WRMC numbers. They only had two MX races this year, so that will change the stats a bit.

Also, you have an extra "r" in there regarding the definition of the "()". It should be "races". Just a typo, but might throw some people off.

thanks for the correction. actually I show 2 WRMC races one on 5/13 and one on 9/27 I was having a hard time with the CRA results pages. Nevertheless, they are very close.
Anyone finds anything else wrong, just let me know.

Those are the correct dates for the WRMC MX races. Thanks for putting this together each year, very useful info.

I can't get the updated link to work though.

Next project is a OMA record book for wins, entries and all other useless info that anyone may want.
Numbers are cool

Very usefull information. Thanks Chris

Also, your suspicions are correct. There will be plenty of changes to talk about and hopefully get the rider base excited for next year. The first one has surfaced, with the Summit Indoors getting on board with the OMA.
Are there classes changes?

So, I had trouble getting past the improper grammar.....but I managed to look at the attachment anyway.

Amazing how OIR dominated Ohio MX for such a long time and are now relegated to basically an afterthought now.

Would be interesting if Kenworthy's was still running.....

Ooooh burn! Beat by Chillitown by 4 racers...to be honest I'da fudged the #'s to 648 lol
Not really they had 679 according to the results on the OMA site, these are the point paying OMA classes, they had over 700 if you count the pitbike a free 50 class on Saturday night. They do a great job, no shame in being second to CT, at least they're hard workers. Now had I lost to some lazy bastards, Id be ticked.

Ouch that's even worse!...J/K...awesome to see these kind of turnouts in Ohio mx and yeah Chillitown does put on a heck of an event.
