75 YZ125 FS in OH

Looks almost too clean. Does this get to run in Vintage because it is twin shock even though it is a 75? Most of the stuff I see clearly states must be 74 or older. I'm too fat for it anyway but not a bad deal for a vintage eligible YZ if it is. If it's not to me the price drops. Just listed.
