Very cool.
For those of us old enough to remember this, remembering the breaking news report and nonstop coverage gave you an impending feeling of doom, as ominous as those pictures. I was twenty years old.
It was only two years earlier that the disturbing cold war era movie "The Day After" aired on regular television giving us all a sobering and realistic look of what nuclear war fallout would likely look like.
