BC 10-13 quad and bike only!!

Going to be open tomorrow, Sunday, October 13, 11-5pm. Against all odds we will be running only quads and bikes. No offense to the six wheeler association of eastern Seneca county, but you guys screw up the tracks and scare the children. Plus we’re too cool for you guys. Thanks and have nice day.

Props for being forward-thinking about putting nutrients back into the soil.
BC's dirt has always been the one key constant ever since you opened.
It will be interesting to see the changes over time as the compost and mulch are mixed deeper into the soil.
I know you've tried other ideas in the past (like growing winter wheat) where it forced you to have a hard closing date.
Hopefully, that won't be the case this year?

Definitely no hard closing date this year, it will depend on the weather. I will head down there in the next couple evenings and thin that compost out, I left it too thick. I will spread it out more, get it mixed in better. We do plan to keep composting for the foreseeable future, most likely 40-50 yards a month. The BC dirt will become better??? Yes.
