One thing about Censorbook that is kind of cool, is some of the vintage mx photos that pop up from groups that I otherwise may never see.
This one came up and I had to snag it.
Can you imagine the complaining you would get today if you worked in a track section like this for a high profile race?

I can't look at this pic without laughing. Honda Hills: Ohio's favorite motocross gravel pit. (and I loved Honda Hills )
It's really quite unfair what a track owner is required to do in track prep today compared to 1974.

Hell, Honda Hills was rocky as hell in the 80s and 90s. I can remember going into the first turn getting pelted with rocks and you could hear them hitting your forks.

Every spoke was loose and the rear tire was finished after my day of riding that rocky up-down-up at Honda Hills in 1972.
