Yeah and I remember when gas was 99 cents a gallon!!! That was 1995. I was in college! The median house price today is over 400,000$. It’s only going to get worse!!! Welcome to Merica!!! There are always more people to take the gates and pay the money.
One of the reasons I never raced LL back in the 80's was because I didn't have any money, I couldn't afford to go to the races until I was older and actually had a decent job to pay for it all.

Just like the pros....privateers can bitch all they want about how much money it costs and that they don't make, but there is a waiting list of others to fill the slots at most of the events.

Not in agreement that it’s all relative but as far as the privateer comment goes this has to do with parenting!!! This younger generation are all “Karen’s”!!! It’s ok to tell your kids that you’re not fast enough to make it in the factory world!!! It’s ok to tell your kids to focus on other things! Oh my but you’re crushing there dreams!!! Bullshit!! It’s reality!!! This mindset you can do whatever you put your mind to is horseshit!!! If you qualify for Loretta’s at a young age but place outside the top ten, or don’t have any factory support by the time you’re 13 you ain’t gonna make it!!! Focus on school and a trade, or join the military!!!! Thats reality!!!! These parents are living through there kids and the only ones paying the price are the kids!!!!!

Well, he should. He was paid millions of dollars to hone his skillset to a professional level. Once that is built, it never goes away. Only fitness and stamina. I have respect for the talent of guys like him, but picking the low hanging fruit at Lorettas is cheesy imo. I overheard no less than 6 times yesterday people asking why hes allowed to do it. Systems flawed, thats why.
 
Yeah just like 30+ should be a 30+ class, no former pro card holders. Hell while they’re at it, get rid of a 50 class and add in Warrior and honor our vets to be able to race that event.
 
Can't go off pro cards because they gave them out like candy in the 2000s

Anyone who has made fast 40 should ride Vet Pro. All else is fair game.
 
Redbud was tough for me didn’t get out of Ohio till 9 on Friday so didn’t get there till 2 Saturday morning. Struggled a bit Saturday. Couldn’t really put a whole moto together just had some speed some laps but rushing the track hurt me. P17 in collegeboy and p18 in prosport. Not great results but was glad to get those gate drops out the way and had some fun. Stayed off the ground besides first moto of prosport got taken out by a kawi team rider just a racing incident but chopped my front and I tucked immediately. Onto Lincoln trail definitely more my style track
