This one obviously has not been by the City Law Director yet, and if so, the guy is a dumb ass. Having been on council for 8 years, you will never get legislation passed that is going to have a business employee determining if a bike it street legal or not. That's not their job, and should never pass. If it does, the city will end up in court spending your hard earned tax dollars on attorneys for something that will not hold up in court.
 
I'm guessing that the lawyers are drooling in their martinis waiting for this whole deal to go down and start the lawsuits rolling .
