Went to fork on Saturday it was a little chilly but track was sick felt good going to Lincoln trail this weekend to get some gate drops
 
Can only imagine the crowd that’d bring. Daytona bike week was 2 weeks ago and this week during spring break is a totally different crowd lol. Can’t make it up what polar opposite it is. Only reason I know is because the shootings on the beach. Gotta feel bad for all the condos and hotels this week
 
Y’all gotta give up on Daytona!! You wanna go race then go have fun. After the racing go back home! I went to spring break 3 yrs in a row when I was in college back in the 90s. Amazing place, amazing time!! No worries, drink, party enjoy, let loose. Everyone got along great. Best memories. Oh how times have changed!!! Daytona will always be an amazing memory for me. I will never go back!!! Nor would I ever let my kids go on spring break!! It is supposed to be a release from the stress from college curriculum!! Not anymore!! So sad!!!
 
Logan rode rt62 Saturday, then private track after a soccer double header on Sunday. We got his surron fixed the other day so he has been playing on the local dirt pile

Went to visit family in VA late last week, tossed bike in the van and dipped down to NC and raced ECMX. Ran into Tollivers there, Ayden was racing, parked with them.

Sunday morning Phil Nicoletti pulls in and parks next to me. Didn't even recognize him because he had Husky's in the truck.

He walks over to me and asks a few questions and I'm like "hey you're Nicoletti" and he's like yeah...I was like what's up with the Husky's and he said he just picked them up and is on new contract with them this year for a bunch of events. Cool guy to hang out with, talked to him a bunch on and off all day since he was there by himself.
 
What did he ask you?

He’s probably my favorite part of pulpmx. And it’s crazy he’s almost 40…. Still rides at that level.
 
Good bit on pulp about how hasn’t signed himself to race in 15 years and almost didn’t let him at sign up. Imagine he asked you Where’s sign up after the homo nurse discussion had been covered ?
 
You boys like rough gnarly tracks you missed out this weekend. Went over to Lincoln trail and it was gnarly perfect on Saturday for practice. Sunday they watered it heavy the night before and it got gnarly. Rut to rut basically everywhere except two straights which were right off the start. Struggled in pro sport but was able to get p2 overall in collegeboy out of 27 so was happy with that. Huge gate drops this weekend they had 1565 entries . Place was packed. Good to see moto having a huge local race glad to ride it before the moto playground pro am and regionals in June
 
Actually funny you say that about signup because he told me the same exact thing while there about them saying signup was closed and he had to talk them into letting him signup....

What actually prompted him to come talk to us was some dude started ripping through the pits like 30 min before practice with shorts, tshirt, no helmet on and the track workers freaked out and started announcing over PA no pit riding at all. So Phil comes over and says "do we really have to push our bikes all the way to staging?" I was like, no, just don't do what that guy just did LOL.

While talking with him during the day he mentioned stuff about how he has no idea WTF he's doing because he's always had someone just hand him the bike. Later in the day I told him "don't forget to go online and register and pay for the regional" and he was like "WTF are you talking about????" So I told him about all that hahaha.

We met Phil at club years ago. Logan wrecked and Phil went and picked him. Logan had no idea who it was lol
