W.T.M. - Weekly updates

OOHHH Dude -!!!!
That looks fun !
So different from the way we ride a bike.
I got some stories about when I tried REAL Supermoto for the first time.
I sucked sooooo bad they made fun of me and took me aside for some one-on-one discussions.

Crazy - who would have thought the Indians would be making "simple" cool again - not me.

I think it’s FINALLY gonna be a jet ski weekend for me with temps getting Africa hot in the 90’s
Africa, jet skis? I would drive Africa Road every week to run a buoy course at Alum Creek 30 some years ago. Lol I might get out a ski this weekend if I have a working battery. And probably a 95° GP at COCR. I found out at a hot and humid Fast Traxx GP last Saturday that the rear brake on this 125 wasn't up to my old brake dragging self. I hadn't done my brake mod yet, should be fixed now, I hope. I've ordered a 50 tooth rear sprocket for it too.

A fine ailment at any age! I still have the 1983 and the 2006 but I should have picked up one of these when they first came out. This thing is a blast!
I’ve been having a blast on my new YZ125 too, crazy how good these new gen 125’s run. I got the holeshot in both my 55+ class moto’s last weekend at Pavilion MX against a bunch of 450’s, just hold it pinned around the outside!

How cool is that! I jumped off the line on a start, that really surprised me. The new layout handles better for me. I have rebuilt suspension, bearings, favorite tires and such on my '06 so it's as dailed as possible and the new one just does it better. This is my first Yamaha since the '87 model where I don't feel the need for a tall seat. All comfy from the get-go, well except for that brake but that's just me.
