W.T.M. - Weekly updates

Mansfield was amazing. 2 days. Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was nice in the AM for practice and on the dryer side since they were expecting rain mid day. It was mint. Then the rain came hard for about an hour. They prepped and it was wet but it was still very good. A lot of topsoil on the track. So nice lines formed.

Sunday it was excellent. Nice ruts. Jumps are super safe. You can go big if you want to on a few jumps or not and they cater to all riders.

Overall I give it an “A” and honestly there is a ton of potential. The land is there. They have the ability to do about anything they want there. Plus the location is great. Close to the highway and prison for any of those rowdy parents.

Originally was going to go there today but decided to stay home and not make the drive since going to Lincoln next weekend. Would still like to try out Mansfield at some point. But Stayed close to home and went to Dayton motorcycle club. Truthful opinion was terrible track and waste of $30 but ride time is ride time. Just super beginner track they built. Dirt is terrible with rocks and hard pack and prep was bad but makes you appreciate the good tracks. Going from red bud to that was eye opening for sure
 
Rode bburg yesterday. It was the only place open and it turned into a packed house! Even Hand was there. Finally got suspension sorted and i don't think ive ridden anything better. 3rd set up ive been on this year lol.
 
HH was good...until it rained
They added numerous jumps and a split lane, which made the track seem busy.
A few places seemed to have mulch dumped on top of the dirt.
Saturday was practice for a Viva race that was canceled due to the weather.
When you run out of things to read, hit the HH FB page and read about the people asking for refunds.
I particularly like the one suggesting HH should pay for their hotel room!
I do believe they are trying, but lots of room to work
 
Before i caught a glimpse I was thinking "what freakin kid is riding my old ass" .. Then I catch a glimpse n it's another old ass that completely ran me down lol.. I felt safer once I knew it wasnt a psycho kid goin after bburg 1st place practice trophy. Speaking of that, Some kid on a Honda kept jumping in front of me seemingly on purpose. I was putting in full sessions and like 8 laps in i noticed this kid jumping on after the rollers right in front of me. Roosted me all the way to the big jump in the back riding his butt off, then hed pull of.. 2 laps later, same thing.. like bro, im old, quit doing half a lap n stopping. Put in multiple laps for crying out loud. Lol
 
That’s when you give him the business or yell at him. Cannot stand people who try to race in practice. Biggest issue is people not holding there line and just completely not paying attention it’s gotten me so many times and in multiple situations some that I pulled out of that could of been bad from other people being idiots.
 
I was old back then! 15 years ago 40 was OLD!

And yes I do look good for 70! Grandpa Pit videos coming soon.
