2025 Loretta Lynn's

There is now an alternate list for 250B. Mason Pappas from CA is the sole alternate with a 5 percent rating. 19th of 20 at the Prairie City, CA regional. Good luck to Mason.
He is also 2nd alternate in 250B ltd from his 4-4 results at the Prairie City, CA regional. (Technically 1st alternate, as the 1st alternate for 250B ltd is Tate Reed, who is already in 2 classes for the national event.)

You’re kidding? You can’t say it will be a battle!! Anyone who has ever been to Loretta’s or understands the format knows that very rarely are there battles with the same riders all 3 motos. We got lucky last yr with 1 moto of short , brown battle. Could be a monsoon all week, could have tornadoes. Hell the libtards could whip up there weather machine and produce an earthquake. lol. Last time I saw a 3 moto battle between the same riders was stroupe, canard, and izzy!!! 2007. One of the best ever!!!!!
Battle of Jesus and the drug addicted…. Sad wastes of talents.

Bruceb 9/10 picks em right.

Loretta’s bib at least one time. Any jackass can take there family to the beach. Not everyone can get a bib!! No matter how much money you spend!!
Agree. I have mine and put my name in the vault.

I will politely disagree. I will have to find my bib from the 1995 event (250/Open A modified). And before anyone looks it up, I was never fast enough to even think about a trip to The Ranch. Fortunately, my friend Anthony was, and he gave me his bib after his final moto. See, any jackass can get a LL bib. Earning a bib is an entirely different story. :)

I would love to see Loretta’s add a Warrior class to the roster for all veterans and current military members. I might maybe then have a chance for qualifying lol. I think if i trained and really focused on riding moto and ride 2-3x a week i might be able to make it in 30+ class. In 2021 i qualified for regionals with spinal compression fractures, but ended up breaking my legs the weekend before the wild car regional.

My buddy knows someone who was an alternate and got 23rd at the southeast regional and got in one of the B classes which is crazy

Man, I was looking at the fees for Loretta's. They are nuts. And just to go watch as a spectator is ridiculous. I would say from qualifier to Loretta's for two classes probably cost someone $6000 just guessing.

Tate Reed got hurt, so he’s out… wonder if Chad will even race now

This is why I personally favor the alternate system. The road is long. It starts a year(s) in advance for most of the big dawgs and things can shake up easily.

Does anyone happen to know if an alternate has ever won a championship at LL?
