Tech Talk 2026

I often chat with my grandmother who is currently 93 about changes that she has seen throughout her life. Her parents did not have a car.... Ever. She was born in 1933 and most of the changes she can't believe are tech or automotive related.

Anyone here like tech related stuff? I have been using AI since the launch and it has gotten better/worse at some topics.

ai daily! saves a ton of time for me with what I do... and opens the door to make some things possible that i might have just shrugged off before....

but i hope people chill on the AI flyers for events and, just about everything... lol. personal pet peeve of mine i guess haha!

I 100% agree. You know when the flyer is AI. But it saves you about 30+ min of work to just have AI do the flyer. Im guilty of it but it’s nicer than anything I could put together. Canva is great but AI is easier. There are limitations because it will change things you don’t want changed if you make small adjustments. But overall it’s so much easier. But I agree with you… I don’t like it… but I like it.

I use AI at work quite a bit. I hate spreadsheets and would rather not do them. But AI is making them easier.

I like taking data from one form and putting it in another with very few keystrokes. Just tell it what to do. Done.

I had a storybook going when chat first launched, it was killing it for about 3 pages. I noticed the one characters hat was a different color than I prompted. Pooof! The whole thing went bizzerkk. Creating the storyline was retarded easy though, I was blown tf away. It helped me go from point zero to proof ready with just a couple questions.

I am currently reading a book on AI, its quite interested so far and one of the key points I am at now is that is can't navigate ambiguity like a human. That will be the next 50 years when we shift toward cyborg.
