That to me sounds like theyre gonna let practice go on but cancel racing. 70% most of the day Saturday. Ive been checking because if it changed to a minimal chance i was still thinking about throwing the bike in the truck and hoteling it Fri night. Weather mans makin the decision easier lol
 
I couldn't get Friday off so I'm a no go. Drenching thunderstorms and flash flooding is not in the vocabulary I prefer to hear for race day possibilities. I've been on the wrong side of that coin flip too many times

One good practice day is definitely worth the drive there, but big brother wins this year.

Rode six practices on Friday. Track started out pretty deep!
Immediately I felt the effects of spending a week in TN, I was pretty spent.

Great to see everyone, fun time. Many of us left after Friday practice due to the impending doom Saturday forecast.
 
So, how wet did yesterday get? Looking at lap times it looked like some first motos were fast then at some point laps when to 240s.

Edit, just saw someone insta post. Glad i stayed home lol.
 
Friday was awesome. Practice Saturday morning, maybe the most fun I’ve had on a dirt bike my whole life. They had it packed in for rain and it was the smoothest and fastest Red Bud I’ve ever seen. So much fun. Then the rain came… I waited for a couple hours before I decided to head home. Not as bad as 2 years ago but still wasn’t worth it to me. Got a lot of seat time Friday so wasn’t mad that I made the trip.
