like the format. The track.... come the hell on. The speed bump section is embarrassing. Build a flipping track that you just can’t breeze through
No way I am making to main 3 unless Peick drops a forearm on the G.O.A.T for looking like the guy on the lucky charms box.

These Anaheim tracks SUCK. Last weeks track in Houston was WAY better. A1 was horrible, and tonight was horrible. That's why Plessenger shined last week, the track was tough.

Tonight definitely jacked up some peoples fantasy picks.

My thoughts exactly. I think I got 15.

I know one thing - Barcia, Roczen, Musquin, and Plessinger think the new format sucks. Not at all cool either that guys can't charge back from a bad start. Always way better to watch than great start/great finish.

Cross between old CRA racing and WWF.

The racing was great as long as your not the one racing.

They are trying to make it a do or die all or nothing kill or be killed hunger game sport where you have to hang it out.

Game show, reality tv. Call it what you want. Not good for the sport, but if you are a monster truck fan this is turning into your sport of choice.

NFL is ruined, who wants to watch to see what new touchdown skit/dance they come up with.

I can't wait to start riding again.

I'm so torn. As a traditionalist I don't think the format needed any tinkering, it was already exciting and efficient. It just worked. But man I'd be lying if I didn't say I enjoyed every lap last night. 6 different race winners? No one was ever so far in from that it was a sure thing. Rooting for Seely to make a pass for 6th? Have you ever been really excited for a 6th place battle? Ever lap mattered and it seemed like you didn't see guys settle into that groove and fade out near the end of the first 2 motos. Great entertainment, but not sure how I feel about it long term. Maybe a one-off (Vegas?) every year. Hope it doesn't come to this being the format full-time.

AP has ripped holeshots and checked out, roczen too. I think it makes for better racing. Seeing melross and Chisholm run in the top three in the 250’s was sweet, this helps privateers for sure. JA21 worked back from bad starts last night. I’m betting seely rips off a win here in the next couple weeks, he looked good last night.

My guy won! I made up on you non believers... lol

I was thinking I wouldn't like the format, but it was a nice change, however like that it's only 3 rounds which is appropriate.

As far as the track, yeah, it could've been better, but everyone has to race it. Whoever wins is the best for the night, no excuses. Anderson was on a tear that last moto. ET3 had nothing for him, but showed maturity in knowing he didn't need to...

Dungey woulda had a perfect overall season if he was still racing this year with the new format. If they ran every race like this. New format helps out consistently smart riders.

I actually really liked it. I think they all should be 3 mainers. Gotta be fast lucky and in shape at the same time to get the overall.

With heats, and semis and lcq you see guys slide into a position and play it safe so they’ll get into the main. With the 3 mains they’re doing everything they can and letting it hang out to better their position.

I was OK with the racing aspect of the format. But the in between mains is terrible. I have never cared about the history of dirt. What are the people at the race doing while I’m watching Malcom’s World. If they would run a A/B Allstar, WMX or a 125 invational to fill in the time between the 3 mains it might hold my attention.

I don't like the format. Some guys race their way into the mains but are not the fastest 20 qualifiers.

Also, a guy like plessenger has no shot to track people down and get the win like he did last week. The mains are too short for that.

Give me the traditional format, and bring back the semis while your at it.

I didn't dislike it as much as I thought I thought I would. I think the lcqs should be shown on the night program. How many people on a Saturday afternoon are going to be able to get on race day live and watch them online? The lcq gives small teams and privateers much needed tv time. Isn't that the whole point in sponsorship to be seen? Also I think the Indy race for the 250 guys should be the triple crown format to even out the west only having one and the east having two. The other thing each winner should get 1 point for winning a main event. Take Eli for example in the last main. Anderson passes him and Eli settles for second because he knew he didn't have to beat him he already had the overall. Maybe if Eli had something extra for winning he would have tried harder to beat Anderson. Just my two cents.

Be cool if they got an extra point for leading a lap. If you lead a lap you get a point bump.

And weaver Yea I agree. Open it up with the LCQ. And make a big deal about it. Hype it up. Give them an entrance and acknowledgment.

Was seriously the boring way thing I’ve ever watched, just as boring as the MEC. The tracked sucked. Hell all you vets could’ve shined there. Thinking I’ll be skipping Indy this year since it’s a triple crown round... this isn’t good for the sport.

Did anyone else get N arenacross feel from last night?
