Crow Canyon Motorsports Club LLC Memberships Limited

I wished I lived a little closer, I would be all over this. Since I came to Ohio I have been going to crow 1-2 times a month, sure am going to miss it. I like the laid back atmosphere and all the different things you can get into in a day of riding.

Their are no daily fees its $250 and $50 for each additional immediate family member per year. Hunting I don't think would be a good idea but is not ruled out. You are able to bring the family and camp all week weekend whatever, use the clubhouse and enjoy 400 acres anytime you want minus gun season. It's a smoking deal to be owner of that much land with an MX track, Kids track, UTV course, AA track, B loop and Gp!!! If its far make some time for vacation it don't get much cheaper than this. Trust me I just got back from the Bahamas.

How many times have you saw a piece of land you wish you could buy and build trails at a MX track on, a million haha! Then a huge monthly bill, property taxes, dozer, water truck, tractor, implements, electric, a building, announcing tower, PA system, etc etc etc. more than $250 I bet even if you get a good deal on 400 acres :)

gosh I want to pull the trigger on this soo bad but I got laid off again and $250 is hard to swing at the moment. I assume a chance for membership will open up at the beginning of each new year?

There are a few questions I have; How, who,and when will track prep. be handled? Will there be a way for me (if I become a voting member) as a voting member to bring a group of friends to ride that are not voting members? Such as long as they are escorted by a voting member they pay the normal nominal fee of, say 20 dollars and they get to ride with the voting member. Then it would be up to the voting member to collect the fee and liability papers and place in the club house.

This was a question of mine too. Even if its a limited number like say no more than 3 or 4 visitors at a time, this is assuming the guests will pay a daily riding fee, $20 or $25 and sign a waiver. It just happens the number of times Id be able to ride during the year just wouldn't justify the $250 to join. It sucks to lose places to ride and all and I'd have no problem joining if I could swing it. I would however be willing to help out on work days, even as a non member, just so theres some extra man power.

look at it this way, you have 400 acres, a mx track, equipment, everything you need to have a blast and when you break it down its only 21 dollars a month!

This is actually a very good deal. To rent a D3 from Cat it will run you about $500 for the weekend with fuel, hauling, tax, etc. You might be able to get a minor change and reshape done in 8 hours. $250 to be apart of this?? Thats cheap considering all your getting.

Cheap for what you are getting for sure. But as a person who has a track in the back yard that is large enough to be fun but not so big to over whelm ...... Who is going to do the prep work for riding? I dont ride much at my own house for two major reasons.

1. Having to prep it for premium riding conditions
2. Riding with 2-3 other people can get boring quick. Its fine for now and then but not all the time.

As a member am I allowed to jump on the dozer and make small changes? Doubtful

If you are an avid trail rider I see this as a good deal if you can bring some friends down and ride but for the average MX rider or pro practicer ( we seem to have many ) I just cant see the appeal beyond hanging out around the club house if you live near by.

Sounds similiar to what we do at svr, as a rider and a racer i have to say it is a great deal. We have a group that rides on tuesday nights and normally just prep a handful of corners that makes it a blast to ride

That will be an option after all memberships are filled. Pry be a limit to how many times you can bring the same people but it will be voted on and house rules. Track prep will be organized by track committee and will be tended to as often as needed.

Mx committee will do the track prep on scheduled days. If you have certain days we need it done then we will vote it into the schedule. As far as equipment it depends on your backround of running equipment. We have to keep it going and everyone safe so we will vote on who is capable of doing it. We will appoint these positions at our first group meeting.
Thanks,
Brock
